Public Hearing to consider proposed ordinance amendments to County Code Section 13.10.700-S by amending the definition of “Site Area, Net” for residential properties to exclude “the area from the top of a coastal bluff to the bayward property line, not including coastal arroyos” for the purpose of determining the maximum size of your home.
The Proposed amendments to County Code Chapter 13.10 are amendments to the Local Coastal Program implementing ordinances.
