The County of Santa Cruz is proposing significant changes to the General Plan, Local Coastal Plan, and ordinances that directly affect all coastal property. Examples:
“¢ New Requirements to mitigate the impacts of existing and new armoring on coastal resources would include significant increase of fees
“¢ New required Hazard disclosure language that includes a waiver of rights recorded on coastal property.
